If so, you are in luck. It’s quite strange that it doesn’t work for you, as I am on a local account myself and it works flawlessly. But I’m very much willing to help you find a solution to this, and I think I found it. In the Run box, without quotes, type in “gpedit. That should bring you into the Local Group Policy Editor. I disabled the former only before, and it didn’t work, it should work if you disable both of these options. If you wish to undo it in the future, just set them back to “Not Configured”.
