Hi I am having an issue with a brand new computer and a new install of Outlook installed directly from the Office portal. The mailbox for this user is on a cloud hosted mailbox Exchange online.
When you click on the signature button, it hangs for about 30 seconds and then releases, but the signature dialog never opens. I used the ctrremove utility to remove Office completely and reinstalled and the issue persists.
This issue may happen when you have a security suite or a virus scanner installed, which was a bit overly active in protecting the Registry during your installation of Office. One way to resolve this is to uninstall your Office application and then run the Fix It tool for removing Office for each version of Office which was previously installed on your computer.
